首先收到acceptance letter後，決定要讀哪間學校，就可以儘快上加拿大cic電子申請study permit

這邊說的study permit並不是學生簽證

學生簽證是必須拿著approved study permit的文件，抵達加拿大，辦理入境時，才會給予

5/28 submittion accepted

6/2 received medical exam request

Program: all applied for research-based MS CS 2014 Fall

Admission: Dalhousie University MACS (4/2)

Rejection: Simon Fraser U (5/3), York U (5/16)

Pending: Mcmaster U

Withdraw: U of Regina(with some funding)

首先雖然加拿大是個愛狗的國家，但是在Halifax要能帶著狗一起租屋是相當困難的，大部分就算是pet friendly，也只接受貓，所以選擇少之又少，經過我的搜尋與被無數打槍的經驗後，提供以下資料供後人參考

如果你是秋季班的話，根據Dalhousie中國學生會的建議是，6月開始會比較多9月的租屋，像我5月找的話，就比較多是summer sublet，大多租5-8月而以

1. kijiji Halifax ：奇集集Halifax的分頁，直接在網站選擇你想要的租屋類別(ex: room, apartment, house)，進入之後，在左側記得勾選Pet friendly，距離的話，我是設5KM，想離市區進一點的話、又不想住到Dartmouth，就設個<2km

經過filter之後，點入你所有興趣的廣告內容，在右邊輸入自己的名子、e-mail、想留言的話，按send，網站就會自動發e-mail連絡屋主，如果連絡不上的話，就直接打電話吧。

另外，也可以自己刊登廣告徵求，不過如果你不是在加拿大的IP的話，是無法刊登的，但還是有方法，去找個proxy吧

Do you agree or disagree that people should use smart phone in their daily life?

In my opinion, I disagree that people should use smart phone in their daily life. I think this is true for two reasons.

First of all, check this article The reasons do not use smart phone.

Now, I am sure you have a general idea how smart phone ruin our life.

Then one reason why I disagree with the topic is because of social relationships. For example, I am a graduate student at National ooxx university in Kaohsiung, a major port city in the south of Taiwan. I have a smart phone and I use it to contact or chat with my friends every day. Although smart phone has become a popular tool in this era, there are still have some issues arround us. On Sunday morning at 10:00 am, I often have brunch with my friend Toro. Toro is a 22-years-old man and he cannot live with out his smart phone. Everytime when we having our favorite food such as fried chicken, he just cannot stop to check his smart phone like he keep to touch his smart phone every 30 seconds. This seems too insane if you are dinning with others and you do not focus on others. Also, this is not respectful in my country. One day I ask Toro that "Are you having bruch with me or your smart phone?". Interestingly, he says that "hey dude, you are not hot girl or my girlfriend, so I think it is ok". On the other hand, when he dating with his girlfriend, he just turn off the functions such as wifi, 3G and vocie notification to vibration because he is afraid that his girlfriend will think he is not respect to their dating. See, this is how a girl has a bigger influence than a smart phone that we called "Girl Friend Dog" in our country. The most ridiculous is that he cannot sleep when the network function is turning off on his smart phone. Thus, you can see people nowaday just slipping their smart phone even if they hanging out with someone at the moment and consequently people are not close anymore.

不過這篇是2011年的食記，今天前往，才發現價格漲了20元...

是間小店 內有冷氣，座位不算多，不過還算舒適不過處理時間會比較久，因為店家不是一次食材全丟下去油炸，是分批炸，並且脫油機會脫兩次!!

這也是為什麼這間是唯一吃過完全不油的鹹酥雞啦~

一進門就被一排的進口啤酒所吸引~

當然也有台啤金啤$45，其它進口均一價$65
