首先雖然加拿大是個愛狗的國家，但是在Halifax要能帶著狗一起租屋是相當困難的，大部分就算是pet friendly，也只接受貓，所以選擇少之又少，經過我的搜尋與被無數打槍的經驗後，提供以下資料供後人參考

如果你是秋季班的話，根據Dalhousie中國學生會的建議是，6月開始會比較多9月的租屋，像我5月找的話，就比較多是summer sublet，大多租5-8月而以

1. kijiji Halifax ：奇集集Halifax的分頁，直接在網站選擇你想要的租屋類別(ex: room, apartment, house)，進入之後，在左側記得勾選Pet friendly，距離的話，我是設5KM，想離市區進一點的話、又不想住到Dartmouth，就設個<2km

經過filter之後，點入你所有興趣的廣告內容，在右邊輸入自己的名子、e-mail、想留言的話，按send，網站就會自動發e-mail連絡屋主，如果連絡不上的話，就直接打電話吧。

另外，也可以自己刊登廣告徵求，不過如果你不是在加拿大的IP的話，是無法刊登的，但還是有方法，去找個proxy吧

2. 華緣論壇：刊登租屋文會審核的論壇，優點是假租屋真騙帳號的廢物，大多是華人在徵室友或當二房東。而且論壇也有相當多實用的資訊，初到或未到當地時可以先看一些文章充實自己

3. 哈法華人網：蠻多騙子盜取帳號密碼的會在這邊發文，內容會打的跟真的一樣，例如：我趕著回國，所以想將房間轉讓之類的屁話，然後就會丟個網址給你，叫你自己去看房間照片，在告訴他，但是進去網址後，會叫你輸入QQ帳號密碼，如果輸入後，你的帳號密碼對方就知道了，但是莫急莫荒莫害怕，你有看到我的文代表為時不晚，趕快去改密碼吧!!

4. craiglist halifax：全加拿大城市交易網站，但是圖文並茂做的不是很好，所以我寧願用kijiji halifax，但是filter也是可以選擇dog/cat allow

5. Park victory Apartment: near Dalhouse and SMU

6. Harbour view apartment: 安全性聽說欠佳，但近年似乎有改善，較多黑人居住，聽說較多黑人居住，但養狗環境佳，面海，View好

7. 6056 & 6060 South Street

8. Fenwick ：這間網站明確寫著不許養狗，但是經過討論後，對方同意

9. Garrison Watch: under 25lb

10. The Grainery Lofts：看似高級的公寓，價格偏高，可養狗

11. The paramount：聽說是Halifax算不錯的公寓，價格偏高

12. Armdale place：可養狗，但對方問完我的狗是什麼狗與大小後就沒回應了，離Halifax本島較遠

13. http://www.rentdonkey.ca/Halifax：方便搜尋的好網站，一樣有filter可選寵物，但來源大部分是kijiji halifax

For people who cannot read Chinese but interested in pet friendly rental in Halifax:

Although Canada is a pet friendly country, it seems difficult rent a house with your pet in Halifax. Even if some of them mention that "Pet friendly", but that is only adapted on CAT. Therefore, I provide resources bellow as my personal experience.

1.kijiji Halifax: A world famouse website that people can apply free ads. You can choose such as room, apartment, or house. After entering your choose, remeber to check Pet friendly option, also distance.

After fitering, click ads that you may interested, and then type your name, e-mail, words that you want to leave for owner. System will automatically send an e-mail to the owner. If you did not receive any news from the owner, just call their phone number.

2. 華緣論壇: A Chinese forum that provide a lot of local information. Some of article are post by local students, that's means price is better than other property companies.

3. 哈法華人網: Also a Chinese forum, however, there are a lot of scam inside of articles. Be cautious about who is asking you click their link and then require you to enter your ID and PWD.

4. craiglist halifax: Canada trade website, nevertheless, I think this website suck in their composing, I would rather choose kijiji. It will be more convenient for me.

5. Park victory Apartment: near Dalhouse and SMU

6. Harbour view apartment: it seems lack of security, but some of notes that this place have been improved. Good environment, nice view

7. 6056 & 6060 South Street

8. Fenwick ：According to their application on website notes that absoutly not allow pets. However, you should try to discuss with property manager.

9. Garrison Watch: under 25lb

10. The Grainery Lofts：looks like a nice aparement, higher price

11. The paramount：almost the best apartment in Halifax, but also higer price

12. Armdale place：Pet friendly, but after property manager asked what kind of dog I have and their weight, no response, and far a way from Halifax downtown

13. http://www.rentdonkey.ca/Halifax：a convenient search website that also has filter of pet(cat/dog friendly), most of their resource are from kijiji halifax
